Thomsens offers Custom Container Design and planting. Our creative staff will work with you on the perfect design for your containers. With years of experience, our team members are familiar with the many different varieties of annuals and perennials available. We understand what works well together and what does not. With such a large selection, the possibilities are endless and we are sure to have the right design for you. Just the right combination of foliage, color, and blooming habit creates an arrangement unique to you and your desires. Whether you are starting from scratch or you have a design in mind, Thomsens will help you every step of the way. We can do all of the planting for you or assist at any stage in the process.

For best results, please come prepared to share with one of our experts some of the details of your growing environment and what it is that you have in mind to complete the picture. Aspects to consider include: sun/shade exposure, your desired color schemes, amount of maintenance you want (or don’t want), blooming or foliage plant preference, and height and space requirements.

Many times the design and planting can be done while you wait, however, during busy periods a finished product may take between 2-4 days.

Customize the service you desire:

• Planting only – you choose the plants and we do all the work.
• Full Service – you leave the container, we choose the plant material, create the design, and do the planting.
• Consultation Service – you work with our designer on the perfect arrangement for you, then we do the planting.
