Community Involvement
Bob and Bonnie Thomsen have lived in Central Minnesota for over 30 years. As their Greenhouse and Garden Center grew, they felt passionately about giving back to the community that had given them so much. Today, Thomsens Greenhouse and Garden Center is an active supporter of the arts, children, the elderly and animals throughout local communities through a number of societies and organizations, including:
• Local area arts organizations
• Local schools and extra-curricular activities
• Local retirement homes & communities
• Tri-County Humane Society

Our Spring Basket Planting Party is a secret oasis for that long overdue girl’s day out. The Party begins with the opportunity to learn about mix container design from the experts, and continues as you marvel over the limitless choices of annual plants to use in your own creation.
