Our Guarantee
All trees, shrubs, evergreens, vines and shrub roses purchased from Thomsens Garden Center are accompanied by a one-year guarantee. Should the item fail to grow under normal growing conditions within one-year from the date of purchase, it is eligible for a one-time replacement. This limited warranty is valid if you are the original purchaser and have followed the planting and care guidelines provided at the time of purchase. The item must have been installed in the ground to be guaranteed. Unfortunately, our guarantee cannot cover acts of God; such as deer or drought, nor can it cover human error such as damages from lawn mowers and weed-whips.
Beginning in 2010, Thomsens will offer an extended 2 year warranty on all trees and shrubs, with the purchase of a product we believe will ensure success. Approved by the USDA, Myke's Tree & Shrub growth supplement contains mycorrhizae - a biological supplement - which foster root growth & development. The purchase of one package of Myke's can be applied toward doubling the warranty on multiple trees and shrubs.
Under either warranty, replacement must be accompanied by all of the following: original receipt, the Thomsens guarantee form and the plant. Replacement of any item is valued up to the purchase price; items purchased on sale are guaranteed at sale price. If Thomsens is unable to replace the returned plant with the same plant, then a merchandise voucher will be issued for the purchase price. No cash, check or credit card refunds will be issued.
